biskut sultanah
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan gula halus
3.5 cawan buah prun direbus dengan sedikit air hingga lembut dan dilenyek
1 biji telor ambil putehnya sahaja untuk digaul kedalam adunan tepung dan yang
kuning disapu keatas adunan
1 cawan mentega
setengah sudu kechil baking powder
CARA MEMBUATNYA
*** Tepung, gula, telor puteh dan mentega digaul dan diuli sehingga sebati dan
dibahagi dua
*** Canai adunan nipis2 dan lapiskan kedalam acuan
*** Lapiskan dengan buah prun dan ratakan keatas adunan
*** Canaikan adunan selapis lagi dan lapiskan keatas buah prun
*** Potong adunan yang didalam acuan empat segi mengikut saiz biskut yang
dikehendaki
*** Buatkan design diatas biskut ini dengan mencucuk cucuk adunan dengan lidi atau
garpu dan setelah itu disapu dengan telor kuning sebelum dibakar.
*** Bakar menggunakan api 210 celcius sehingga masak.

Health Recipe To Reduce Cholesterol
I would like to share with you a health recipe which can reduce a person's cholesterol level.
This recipe was given to me by a close friend who shared with me how a friend of his managed to avoid a bypass surgery after he ate the food every morning for 25 days! I recall my mother used to boil black fungus soup with rock sugar for the whole family every week when I was a girl. She never had any cholesterol or high blood pressure problem even at an old age. Even now I still boil the soup once in a while for my family.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1) black fungus (80g)
2) old ginger (80g)
3) red dates (10)
As there are many types of black fungus, please refer to picture below to see what kind of black fungus I am refering to.
Method:
1) Soak the black fungus in water until it is soft and then wash it clean.
2) Cut the ginger (without removing the skin) into roughly 8 slices.
3) Remove the seeds from the red dates.
4) Put all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
5) Add 8 cups of water into the cooker
6) Cook the mixture for more than 6 hours using highheat.
It is best to prepare this in the evening and start cooking before you go to bed. If you start cooking at say 9 pm, the food should be ready for consumption by 6 am.

LENGGA DIARU TANPA MINYAK. UDANG KERING DIRENDAM DGN AIR PANAS DAN DITUMBOK LUMAT. LEPAS ITU DIARU TANPA MINYAK . BEE PANG DITUMBUK. SEMUA INI DIGAUL DALAM ACAR TADI.
